As a somatic mindful therapist and executive life leadership coach, I firmly believe that healing is possible, and self-esteem plays a crucial role in the process. 🌱 Self-esteem, in its essence, is the unwavering belief in one's own worth and value. It required a deep dive into my somatic experience, understanding the ways in which my body held onto those painful memories. As I began to let go of the past, I realised that self-esteem is not about being immune to emotional struggles but rather about transforming them into opportunities for growth. 💫 It's about embracing vulnerability, acknowledging our wounds, and choosing to show up for ourselves with compassion and love, even when it feels difficult. 🌸 Taking our power means setting boundaries, allowing ourselves to say "no" when necessary, and having a supportive network of people who uplift and believed in us 🤝 It means embracing self-care practices that nourish mind, body, and spirit, allowing us to cultivate a positive and empowering self relationship🌺 The journey towards self-esteem is not always linear or easy. It requires patience, resilience, and self-compassion. But let me tell you, it's worth every step! Remember, my fellow warriors, you are worthy of love, grace, and all the beauty life has to offer.
