This course is suitable for anyone who wants an overview of a variety of mental health conditions within society.

FIRST AID FOR YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH – LEVEL 5 AWARD.
This qualification is suitable for anyone who actively connects with children such as parents, carers, teachers, youth group leaders and young adults.
The qualification covers depression, self-harm, eating disorders and bullying and will provide the knowledge and skills to identify a potential mental health condition, start a conversation, and provide support and guidance to professional help.

FIRST AID FOR MENTAL HEALTH LEADING – LEVEL 6 AWARD.
This course is aimed at Trainers/Assessors/ Coaches/ Supervisors within the workplace and is the most comprehensive Mental Health First Aid course.
This 2 Day course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and qualifies the learner as a Mental Health First Aider and is suitable for everybody especially those that want to implement a positive mental health culture and have responsibility for First Aid for Mental Health in an organisation.

Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health – creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.
Unlike deep tissue massage, Swedish massage therapy uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This adjustment of pressure makes it an ideal massage for relaxation. Holistic Massage incorporates the use of essential oils & crystals.

ACCREDITED ONLINE ‘EFT’ CERTIFICATE FOR COACHES & THERAPISTS
EFT Healing is a healing technique that reduces or eliminates negative symptoms and emotions. It helps make your subconscious conscious. You will understand why you do what you do and change the beliefs and behaviour patterns that keep you stuck.
Gentle questioning and tapping will work through the connected layers of an issue, almost like working down through a tree.
This course allows you to use EFT with your own clients.

Reiki is both a spiritual practice and an energy healing system originating in Japan from its founder Mikao Usui.

This course trains you to Practitioner level to gain insurance and work with your own clients.
